- Non-Assistance in Violations: Members will refrain from knowingly aiding or abetting any third party in contravening Montenegrin laws, thereby promoting a culture of legal compliance and integrity.
- Anti-Corruption: Members are prohibited from engaging in any form of bribery, graft, or participation in fraudulent or corrupt practices. They must maintain the highest level of integrity in their business dealings.
- Contractual Commitments: Members will honor their contractual obligations and commitments, demonstrating reliability and trustworthiness in their professional relationships.
- Fair Competition: Members are bound by the principles of fair competition, ensuring that they do not engage in any unethical, anti-competitive, or monopolistic practices that could harm other businesses or consumers.
