Overview

The session was delivered by Marija Ksenija Popović, Associate, and Aleksa Janković, Junior Associate from our member BDK Advokati, with a special contribution from Ms. Sanja Bojanić, Head of the Central Registry of Business Entities (CRPS) Department at the Tax office. The workshop covered key novelties introduced by the Law on Registration of Business and Other Entities, with particular emphasis on electronic registration, practical steps in the e-registration process, mandatory registration in the context of alignment with the Company Law, as well as challenges related to the implementation of the new electronic system. The event concluded with an interactive Q&A session, enabling members to exchange insights and clarify practical issues.
