In collaboration with our member BDK Advokati, we successfully conducted a workshop on the topic “Business Compliance with Competition Law: Risks of Information Exchange and Association Membership.”

With their support, today we discussed the basic principles of business compliance with competition law, as well as the rules for exchanging commercially sensitive information—what to do and what to avoid.
