The AmCham Montenegro Health Committee today presented the report “Comparison of the Availability of Modern Therapies in Montenegro’s Healthcare System with the Healthcare Systems of Selected Countries,” aiming to identify and define key development areas for Montenegro in this sector. The report was prepared for the AmCham Health Committee by IQVIA, one of the world’s leading companies in healthcare technologies and research.

The event was opened by the Chairwoman of the AmCham Montenegro Board of Directors, Ms. Svetlana Vuksanović, who emphasized that AmCham has been highlighting the importance of a modern and resilient healthcare sector as a key prerequisite for creating a modern state for years.

The presentation of the report was attended by representatives of the Health Insurance Fund of Montenegro, CInMED, Montefarm, KCCG, the World Bank, UNDP, and other stakeholders.

The importance of intensive and comprehensive cooperation was emphasized, with the belief that the mentioned report will provide decision-makers with detailed analyses and insights that can assist them in shaping strategies and policies in the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors.
