American Chamber of Commerce in Montenegro and USAID organized today the Forum ‘’Doing Business at the Municipal Level’’, where Mayors of three Montenegrin municipalities – Bar, Tivat and Cetinje presented results achieved so far as well as the further plans for development of their municipalities.

The event was attended, apart from the representatives of the above mentioned municipalities, by government and US Embassy representatives and the private sector companies – AmCham members. During the event, the fiscal policy at the local level was discussed, as well as further plans for attracting foreign direct investments and enhancing development of SMEs.

Participants from the business sector exchanged opinions with Mayors through the interactive discussion and emphasized the need for removing business barriers that they face with on a daily basis.
