2016Call to Members: Join Us in Creating the 2016 Advocacy Agenda
Dear AmCham members,
AmCham Montenegro continuously monitors Government’s policy activities. Our Committees work actively in improving the business environment in the areas of labor relations, taxes, real estate, grey economy and health care.
According to the 2016 Work Plan of the Government of Montenegro, the following laws affecting yout doing business in Montenegro will be amended during this year.
I quarter
- Law on Accounting (Predlog zakona o računovodstvu)
- Law on Auditing (Predlog zakona o reviziji)
- 2016 Action Plan for Combatting Grey Economy (Akcioni plan za suzbijanje sive ekonomije za 2016. godinu)
II quarter
- Amendments of the Law on Tax Administration (Predlog zakona o izmjenama i dopunama zakona o poreskoj administraciji)
- Law on the Capital Market (Predlog zakona o tržištu kapitala)
- Amendments of the Law on Consumer Protection (Predlog zakona o izmjenama i dopunama zakona o zaštii potrošača)
- Law on Tourism (Predlog zakona o turizmu)
- Law on Construction and Spatial Planning (Predlog zakona o uređenju prostora i izgradnji objekata)
III quarter
- Law on Labor Fund (Predlog zakona o Fondu rada)
- Amendments of the Law on Electronic Communications (Predlog zakona o izmjenama i dopunama zakona o elektronskim komunikacijama)
IV quarter
- Law on Foreigners (Predlog zakona o strancima)
- Law on Banks (Predlog zakona o bankama)
- Law on Financial Leasing, Factoring, Micro Crediting and Credit Guarantee Operations (Predlog zakona o finansijskom lizingu, faktoringu, mikrokreditiranju i kreditno – garantnim poslovima)
- Amendments on the Law on VAT (Predlog zakona o izmjenama i dopunama zakona o PDV)
- Law on Enterprises (Predlog zakona o privrednim društvima)
- Law on Services (Preldog zakona o uslugama)
We invite all members to send us their comments regarding any of the above mentioned laws via email kljajevic@amcham.me. AmCham will prepare either position documents within committees or create ad hoc initiatives in order to communicate our members’ positions towards the relevant decision-makers.
