The AmCham Executive Office and member company Strategist organized a workshop entitled “ESG performances: sustainability as a business model for the future”, on October 26, at the Cue Hotel, Podgorica.

The workshops were led by Mrs. Katarina Milačić and Mrs. Marija Raspopović from the company Strategist.

At the ESG workshop, we have learned: why sustainability is the business model of the future; what is the concept of double materiality; what is materially important for a specific business in the context of sustainability, how we influence the environment and society; what are the key components of an ESG strategy; emphasizing the importance of good ESG analysis and listening to good examples from practice that inspire.

We are pleased with the great response of member companies at the workshop. An ESG strategy is necessary for companies to manage aspects of sustainability, social responsibility, and corporate governance.
