AmCham’s 9th Internship Program Award Ceremony

AmCham President, Mr. Nikola Tripković and the U.S. Ambassador, H.E. Judy Rising Reinke, awarded today students of the 9th generation of the AmCham Internship Program, at the ceremony hosted in the hotel „Podgorica“.

-We believe that time spent in AmCham member companies, thanks to our Internship Program, is of high importance for young people, who are at the beginning of their professional carriers. Let me take this opportunity to thank all our member companies that have  supported this important CSR project: Porto Montenegro, NLB bank, Congress Travel, Re/Max, Crnogorski Telekom, Čikom, Fidelity Consulting,  CKB bank, Uniqa insurance, Addiko bank, Trend Fund, Amplitudo, Coca Cola, AmCham Executive Office, as well as Mediterranean University, said AmCham President.

The ninth Internship Program generation counts 21 participants. So far, about 200 participants have successfully completed AmCham Internship Program, organized by AmCham Corporate Social Responsibility Committee, which was a great opportunity for students to become familiar with the business environment and a good starting point for further professional development. Therefore, a significant number of them have pursued a career in the mentoring companies.

The U.S. Ambassador, H.E. Judy Rising Reinke, emphasized in her speech that Internship Program is an exciting opportunity for both Montenegrin businesses and students, and the U.S. Embassy is proud to support AmCham and the next generation of Montenegrin business leaders.

-As a community, we need to help cultivate the next generation of Montenegrin business leaders so they can seize those opportunities and reach their full potential.  With that said, I encourage you to stay in close contact with AmCham and the Embassy to learn more about grant opportunities, exchanges, and local events to help propel your career, stated the U.S. Ambassador.

This year’s interns are: Dejana Vučinić, Danilo Banović, Kristijan Popović, Marjan Ljuljić, Lucija Spasojević, Jovana Bovan, Filip Dašić, Marijana Kračunov, Anđela Perović, Jelena Raonić, Armin Erović, Vanja Krstajić, Matilda Adrović, Milica Janković, Petar Krivokapić, Valentina Ostojić, Vladan Vukojičić, Andrija Pavićević, Tijana Jelić and Darja Dragović.
