2018AmCham’s Executive Director Marko Miročević elected as a member of AmChams in Europe Executive Committee
AmCham’s Executive Director, Marko Miročević, was elected as a member of AmChams in Europe Executive Committee. The main purpose of AmChams in Europe Executive Committee, which consists of 7 members, is to develop and support 44 american chambers in Europe and EuroAsia.
“This confirmes the importance that AmCham Montenegro has in Europe, and gives recognition for our work. We will play an important role in the further development of the European network of American Chambers of Commerce, but also, we will use our voice in the Executive Committee in order to further promote AmCham Montenegro, our mission, vision and goals, thus creating new opportunities for our members, improve the business environment in the country, and actively contribute to the improvement of the overall social environment in which we operate”, said Miročević, AmCham’s Executive Director, whose term in the Executive Committe begins on January 1, 2019.
AmChams in Europe was founded in 1963 and its aim is to promote commercial, financial and industrial relations between the United States and European countries.AmChams in Europe admitted AmCham Montenegro into the organization in 2011.
AmChams in Europe provides great opportunities for the growth and development of the business and investment climate in member countries. It represents more than 17 thousands American and European companies, employing 20 million people and accounting for more than 1.1 trillion $ of investments from both sides of the Atlantic.
