Coca-Cola HBC is organising program called “Youth Empowered” (Montenegrin:”Coca-Cola podrška mladima”), which AmCham Montenego member company Coca-Cola HBC Montenegro is implementing this year for the first time. This project will be implemented with support of Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare, Employment Agency of Montenegro and municipalities Nikšić and Berane.

Starting from high unemployment of young people as a challenge for the local economy and with the constant focus on empowering young generations, this company have designed the “Coca-Cola podrška mladima” program aimed at increasing their employability.

The program is consisted of three-day educational trainings, which will be conducted by certified trainers, with the participation of employees in our company, who will also have the role of mentors at the workshops. At the workshops, young people will have the opportunity to acquire skills and knowledge that they do not get through the education system, although they are extremely important for getting a job. Some of the topics they will deal with are: how to write a CV, communication basics, time management, project management, writing business plans, sales skills, business communication rules.

Upon completion of the workshops, participants will be provided with an online platform where they will be able to download presentations, lectures and other materials, all in one place, for their additional education, but they can also stay in touch with mentors and other participants.

Young people aged between 18 and 30 can apply for „Coca-Cola podrška mladima”program, provided they are not a part of any other training at that moment and are not employed. In the first year of realisation, the company have plan to empower 70 young people with the help of this program, through workshops that will be organised in two towns: Nikšić and Berane.

Applications for the program will be open at the beginning of October until October 27^th , and first workshops will be organised at the end of that month.
