The program offers students opportunity to gain practical knowledge and skills through the internship in AmCham Montenegro member companies, right before graduating from their universities. Realization of this program has been brought up through the successful partnership between AmCham and all three Montenegrin universities: University of Montenegro, University of Donja Gorica and University Mediteran.

August, Amplitude, Hoffmann La Roche, Fidelity Consulting, Blue coach, Investicioni fond Trend, University Mediteran, as well as the AmCham Montenegro which also provided internship for students.

The executive director of AmCham Montenegro, Dr. Marko Miročević considers that the AmCham internship program offers students an opportunity to gain valuable knowledge and skills through work in the private sector, right before getting their university diplomas. The program has been initiated by following similar practices run in developed countries, which enable students to gain their first business contacts, Miročević noted. He also added that by implementing the internship project, Amcham aims to contribute towards the improvement of Montenegrin educational system, primarily because lack of experienced and qualified staff has been recognized as one of the most significant business barriers  Montenegrin market is facing.

The AmCham internship program will end on December 4th this year.
