AmCham Montenegro is pleased to announce the 7th year of its AmCham Internship Program for students of final years of studies in Montenegro. The Program offers students the opportunity to take part in the 3-month internship in one of AmCham member companies. AmCham Montenegro cooperates with all major universities in Montenegro in the realization of this Program, i.e.: University of Montenegro, Mediterranean University and the University of Donja Gorica.

Our Internship Program (AIP) aims to allow qualified university students the opportunity to conduct internships at participating AmCham Montenegro member companies. The Program will impart workplace orientation and work experience to talented students with growth potential prior to their graduation.

AmCham Montenegro conceived of the idea to create the Internship Program as a response to a very specific challenge to doing business in Montenegro: the lack of an experienced and qualified labor pool. To help address this issue, the AmCham Montenegro launched the Internship Program for the first time in 2011. During the past six years, the Program was met with great success, having placed 102 interns with various AmCham member companies and partnering organizations for a period of three months.
