AmCham Montenegro together with member company KPMG organized on Thursday, November 10. 2016, entitled ‘’Transfer pricing’’.

The lecturers, Ms. Jelena Miljković and Mr. Nikola Jeremić, Senior Manager and Assistant Manager at Tax and Legal Department KPMG, respectfully, addressed topics that referred to the concepts of Transfer pricing, rules and analyses. AmCham members from different industries, such as telecommunications, banking, and insurance companies as well as representatives of Ministry of finance and Tax administration, attended this workshop in order to gain insight into the rules and methods of transfer pricing.

The workshop aimed at helping attendees to better understand the importance of transfer pricing, thus apply it in accordance with their business requirements. Representatives of Legal and Tax department at KPMG together with participants discussed in detail the importance of law regulations on Transfer pricing, and how to better prepare the business for the oncoming changes in the regulation.
