2016AmCham HR Community Workshop
AmCham Montenegro together with member company Deloitte organized today a HR Community Workshop entitled “Human Capital Trends 2016”.
The lecturer, Ms. Sandra Savatić Jovanović, HR Capital Advisory Services Manager in Deloitte presented the global research conducted by Deloitte with 7000 business and HR leaders in 130 countries of the globe. Some of the topics which were addressed refer to the change in expectations of older generations and millennials, the modern technologies and changes of the workplace, and other issues companies face in this time of rapid change.
The most important human capital trends in 2016 rated by the leaders on the global stage were: organizational design, leadership, culture, engagement, learning, design thinking, skills of HR organization, people analytics, digital HR and workforce management. All of these topics were discussed in more details. Representatives of HR departments of AmCham member companies discussed their experiences and the relevance of these trends on the Montenegrin market. Likewise, the specifics of Montenegrin labor force and HR trends were discussed.
The workshop is a part of a quarterly organized series of HR Community meetings, aiming at connecting the Montenegrin HR community and enabling the HR professionals to share best practices and innovative ideas.
