AmCham Montenegro hosted today the second HR Community Meeting entitled “The Challenges of HR Community in Montenegro” for AmCham members.

AmCham has initiated the series of quarterly organized HR community meetings with the goal to stimulate exchanging ideas and best practices, as well as sharing knowledge between HR managers in AmCham member companies.

The initiative was made by our Labor Relations Committee in order to provide a platform for the development of HR management profession in Montenegro.

The meeting was attended by nearly 25 representatives from 17 AmCham member companies. The next HR Community Meeting will be held in mid-October 2016.
