AmCham Montenegro Elects New Members of the Board of Governors

American Chamber of Commerce in Montenegro (AmCham) hosted today the annual General Assembly meeting at the Hotel Ramada. During the event, Ms. Katarina Bulatović, President of the Board of Governors and Mr. Marko Miročević, the Executive Director, presented the results of AmCham’s work in the past year and the current state of AmCham, as well as the activities planned for the future period.

Likewise, the representatives of member companies elected two members of the Board of Governors, adopted the proposed amendments of our Bylaws and adopted the AmCham financial statements for 2015. New members of the Board are Christoph Schön (Hypo Alpe Adria Bank) and Slobodan Janićijević (Coca Cola Hellenic Bottling Company). We wish them great success in their mandate!

President of the Board of Governors, Ms. Katarina Bulatovic, emphasized her satisfaction with the results which the AmCham Montenegro achieved during the previous year in terms of advocating for the members’ interests towards the Government of Montenegro, networking activities, as well as corporate social responsibility. “The constant expansion of our network, which now counts 77 members, is an indication that we are on the right track and that AmCham has been recognized as a powerful voice of the business community in Montenegro.” said Ms. Katarina Bulatović.

AmCham is a business association, which currently brings together 77 American, international and domestic companies in Montenegro. The Chamber was founded in 2008 with the aim to contribute to improving the business environment in order to attract more U.S. and other foreign investments.
