The new Executive Director of AmCham Montenegro, Ms. Ivana Jovović and the President of AmCham Montenegro, Mr. Predrag Lešić, met today with the Minister of Sustainable Development and Tourism, Mr. Branimir Gvozdenović,  in order to exchange experiences related to the business environment in the real estate area, as well as to discuss future cooperation. The cooperation between AmCham and the Ministry was assessed as very proactive and therefore, it should contribute to improving the overall business environment.

AmCham Montenegro’s Real Estate Committee is actively cooperating with the Ministry in finding the best regulatory solutions and improving the business environment in the real estate sector. The expected changes in the regulatory framework for this area will represent a great occasion to organize a Business Lucheon for AmCham Montenegro members and guests in April, with the Minister Gvozdenović as the keynote speaker.

AmCham Montenegro is strongly committed to improving the business environment in Montenegro in order to attract more U.S. and other foreign investors. Therefore, it was concluded at the meeting that cooperation with the Ministry of Sustainable Development and Tourism should result in an improved environment  for doing business in the real estate and tourism sector in Montenegro.
