AmCham participated in the World Bank workshop on Sustainability, Connectivity and Flexibility for Dynamic Growth which gathered a number of high profile officials from the government, NGOs, academia and business sector. The focus of the event was on the new World Bank Economic Report and the recommendations for sustainable development of Montenegro.

AmCham Executive Director Edin Seferovic introduced participants to challenges related to labor law and business barriers that investors face with, outlining the efforts that should be made to improve the business environment. World Bank representatives emphasized the need for a more open and connected market as well as the stable  fiscal policy in order to boost the competitiveness and economic performances of the country.
