Members of the American Chamber of Commerce in Montenegro met with Deputy Minister of Finance, Ms. Anka Stojkovic and Chief Labor Inspector, Ms. Angelina Mededovic. At the 90 minute round table session, which was co-organized and sponsored by Karanovic & Nikolic Law Office, the Ministry of Labor explained the make up of the working group that produced the draft amendment to the Labor Law. Ms. Stojkovic also gave a preview of changes that will be proposed in the second draft of the amendment.

Ms. Jelena Danilovic, a labor attorney from Karanovic & Nikolic, presented what the changes to the Labor Law will mean to employers. She also touched on the recently adopted General Collective Agreement.
