The American Chamber of Commerce in Montenegro released its 2010 Business Challenges Report on December 2, 2010 to an audience comprised of AmCham members, media, and special guests of AmCham Montenegro. The report was produced based on research conducted that included a survey to AmCham members and follow-up meetings.

The Business Challenges Report explains some of the obstacles that our members have faced and continue to face with respect to operating their businesses in Montenegro. Covered in the report are a wide range of challenges that included the areas of Human Resources, Taxation, Real Estate/Construction, and Rule of Law.

AmCham Montenegro’s Business Challenges Task Force will work in 2011 to define an Action Plan to address some the challenges that have been defined as a priority.
